1961 Porsche 356

This is a 1960 Porsche 356 B ‘Super” coupe. Beautiful car in great condition. Recently fluid service including new tires. Ready for a road trip. Delivered new in 11/19/1959. Spent most of it’s life in southern California (registration slips from 1968 to 1997), then traveled to Illinois in the late 1990’s before going to Arkansas. Well documented history, with a restoration (bare metal repaint and new interior) completed in 2010. The car was taken on a road trip from Arkansas to Washington state down the coast to southern California and back to Arkansas after the restoration. The car, chassis 109510, left the factory in Black/6013 paintwork, with Red leather interior. The original 1600 Super engine #85054 with transmission #33087 have been replaced yet the original engine and transmission are included in the sale of the car. The COA documented options where 80 Liter Fuel Tank and Bench front seat with 2 Backrest. When restored the car received a correct factory sunroof during the bare metal repaint. The interior was changed to tan leather and tan carpet. The engine and transmission was swapped using a 1964 356 SC spec motor (#811232) for more performance. The stock 1600 Super developed 75hp and the stock ‘64 1600 SC produced 95hp. The electrical system was converted to 12V. Restoration was done by 356 Works and Classic Auto Restoration. EXTERIOR The black paintwork has a smooth and deep finish. Some minor rock chips on the front end from road use. One dent on lower right panel under the bumper. The chrome is in great condition. Glass in very good condition. Chrome wheels are in great condition with new Vredestein Sport Classic tires. INTERIOR Great condition Tan leather interior. The interior was restored in 2009 and is still very clean with only some light natural wear or aging. Nardi steering wheel.
